One of my business partners, Dave Young, passed this along to all of us in the Wizard Of Ads group.

We pride ourselves on being able to trigger dynamic, exponential growth for our owner-operated clients. But the truth is that, very often, we realize that some clients just aren’t going to be able to hold up their end of the deal.
